Each participant receives a pair of wireless high-fidelity headphones, delivering a personalized sound environment designed to support deep relaxation and emotional balance. The session blends hand-played healing instruments—including crystal bowls, gongs, and Tibetan bells—with carefully engineered frequencies that promote harmony between mind and body.
The experience unfolds in three gentle phases: grounding and breath awareness, immersive sound journey, and peaceful integration. With no spoken words, Madatation offers a universal path to stillness and renewal accessible to all backgrounds and languages.
